RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

 

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  2. The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.

  3. Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product

  4. Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  5. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a Truee team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Truee.

  6. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  7. In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product

  2. Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product

  3. An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  1. Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

  3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)

 

How long will it take to complete the cancellation request?

 

It usually takes 2 working days to cancel an order. You will be notified about the cancellation by call or e-mail. If the item has already been dispatched, it will take around 7 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete, once the product is returned to our warehouse.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

 

Why does the delivery date does not match with the delivery timeline?

 

  1. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

  2. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

What are you supposed to do if you haven’t received the invoice?

 

All orders are shipped with an invoice from Truee. In case you don’t receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form at [email protected]

 

How to track your order?

  1. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.truee.in and clicking on “Track Your Order”

  2. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

 

What if the item is damaged or you want a replacement?

 

  1. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Truee Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at [email protected] with your order ID and images of the product. Truee will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately. 

 

  1. If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at [email protected], mentioning your order ID. Truee will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately
